Out of the blue, this guy Tim that I've been trying to call for a month (although I spoke w/ him briefly once or twice), who I thought never retrieves the messages that i leave regarding the tranny that I ordered and paid over a month ago...calls me this morning and says, "Sorry for all the hassle Man, the YS1 tranny that you ordered will be finally shipped today between 1-4pm." "Give me a call between those times to get the tracking numbers." And to add, he's picking up the tab on the shipping (about $100)... I hope this is the light at the end of the tunnel that I've been waiting for and I hope the same goes with everyone else here thats been affected by Tim's irresponsibility...I will keep you all posted...

let us know....i've always wondered about whether or not he was legit. definitely want to know for sure before I went ahead and make a purchase from him...
