i'm trying to put a rsx sub into my base rsx with just the stock deck. basically i was going to use a line converter to whatever wire for the inputs, and then wire in the power to the bose amp and ground too and i'm trying to figure out what wire is the signal?
does anyone know what wire does what in the harness that goes into the amp?
here's a pic of what i'm looking for, what these 4 wires do (purple, yellow, orange, black) in this harness:

this is the harness i'm talking about:

and what the wires are on the end of the harness that plugs into the amp. two red wires and two green wires go to the actual speaker.

Thanks in advance.

I would use the term "sub" lightly. Ha ha. What actually helped was to port that foam spare tire cover. We did it in my friend's RSX Type S and it made the "sub" a little louder.
