clutch going out?

clutch going out?
SO i have a 97 civic hx 5 spd, and when i push on the clutch it seems really loose and there is no pressure until abobut 3/4 of the way down and sometimes it sticks. Idk what this is so if anyone knows what this is, i would appreciate the help.
