Not A clue.. Since I life in Fort Walton Beach Florida, but Why would they put that tail... Think High spoilers on a front wheel car is dumb. On a Civic, just a disgrace.

well, from what i can tell he's got some kind of CF hood, and the back seats and most of the interior are gone.
