ls/vtec, b16 or b18c(x) that is boosted properly and done right, a sleeved block the better
or
any k20a(x), k20z(x),k24a2 or a frank swapped car with the year 2000 and below

it can be in any chassis, civic, integra, crx etc as long as the car is streetable, power steering or a/c arent need, it just needs to pass emmisions if the car is a 96 or older
the body doesnt have to be pretty or nice as long as the motor is

back in 08 it ran a 10.8@134 on 93 oct on a sc61 turbo @26 psi
sat for few years since track wouldn't let me back on with out cage, ect.
