Should I sell my 97 civic to buy a 1999 integra?
My 97 civic is a vtec civic. Car is completely stock. I bought it off of an older guy in the marines. It is in immaculate shape. I think I could get atleast 2000-2500 for it. Now... The integra I am looking at is a 99 for 3000. I was either gonna turbo my single cam or buy th integra... What do you guys think?
The integra I am lookng at is a 4 door white.. Which is my dream integra color and sedan which I want..
If I do get the integra what things should I make sure to check for that normally go wrong with them?
Here is the integra, I am waiting for him to email me back so I can go take a look at it. But in those pics I think it looks good..

If its ur dream car .....get the teg.
I don't know what mods u have on the civic but the teg has upgraded EVERYTHING from the factory
As to what usually goes wrong with them...its a civic with a different name whatever u think goes wrong with your civic I would check
Right off the bat I can't think of anything that "usually" goes wrong

I would get it, depending on the mileage. What's the mileage like on your car and the Integra?
After driving my Integra for 10 years I certainly could never see myself in a Civic unless it's a newer Si sedan.

I would check with the owner if it ever been in an accident or anything, but looking at the front bumper, it looks like its been repainted. So you should ask the owner about it. Other than that what they said ^
Check the radiator support to make sure it all looks smooth from one end of the top of the headlights to the other(no evidence of a collisiion). Check around the closed doors to see how well the gap around the top and sides if it is uniform.Open the doors and check where the door hinges are for evidence of a collision that has been repaired.
The car looks rough but the price is kinda ok. If the civic is immaculate as you say I would keep it. This car looks promising but looks like it will take some work, just my 02 cents btw I have one just like it but a 94. Take it for a long ride and see how you like it.
