Technical Differences: Motul 300V vs. Motul 8100?

Technical Differences: Motul 300V vs. Motul 8100?
Just looking for someone to explain to me the main differences between the Motul 300V compared to the Motul 8100? I'm having a hard time finding information on either one... I haven't had time to talk to my tuner, but he recommended the 8100 once I change my oil from Motul 3000 Conventional...
Any information on classification and characteristics would be awesome! The 300V sounds like an awesome oil being a Double Ester... Just want some information on how it would be vs. the 8100?
