You can usually get live F1 timing along with text commentary on formula1.com

The "race" is Sunday on ABC @ 1:30

2:00 pm (till 3:30) FORMULA ONE QUALIFYING
re-broadcast of Qualifying 10:00 pm FORMULA ONE QUALIFYING

Sunday 9/29
9:30 am FORMULA 1 RACE WARMUP
