I was woundering if i would have a problem if i put an 93 PR4 into my obd1 car with a 94LS in it (and the ecu and the car are both 5 speed). I know the only difference is that the trans on the obd1 has a electronic speed sensor and the PR4 doesnt have that. will that give me a check engine light for the speed sensor?

 

I have an obd-1 pr4 running in my 94 ls and no check engine light and kinda prefer the pr-4 since my p75 made it idle higher than what ti suppose to be set at (rpm wise).

 

Yes, it will run it just fine. The only MAIN difference between the two is the idle routine is slightly different.
