As you know we are organising the first ever UK FWD Shootout at Santapod on the 21st Aug www.outlawshootout.co.uk
We are trying to raise prize money so that all the best cars from UK and Europe have a reason to come over. So we are asking Drag racing fans, RWYB Fans and general car enthusiasts to donate just 50p to the prize fund.
There is a box to enter your Owners Club name in when you donate and we will be setting up a league table of owners clubs to see how much each one donates, so lets try and get the Owners Club to the top of the list.
Clicking the link below will take you to paypal to allow you to donate just 50p

if people or companies wish to sponsor more then please checkout the sponsorship page on our website www.outlawshootout.co.uk/sponsors.php

I hope I can make it to this event, funds may be a problem since I own a gas guzzler tow truck, and don't know the details of crossing over to the UK from Germany. but I am longing for a real race event/track, and the Uk is the only place in Europe that has this.
It would be great if you could make it, with regards to driving from Germany to the U.K. you just drive the same way you would in the U.S. obviously you'll have to take a ferry somewhere like Calais in France to cross the water.
I wonder if it would be possible to load up the car, truck, and trailer on a train to the border, then the ferry. in regards to driving in the UK compared to US and Germany, I was in London on the 23rd of february and I said to my wife I would never drive here. even though we drive the same way in Jamaica. lol.

I'm USAF stationed at RAF Mildenhall.. If you need any help setting up getting over here for the event, let me know. The ferry is VERY easy and London driving is NOT UK driving. 99% of the country is quite open highway (they call it motorway) and easy to navigate with a truck/trailer/race-car setup. Hope you can make it bro! Take care!
Phil
