H22 Euro R block vs JDM H22 block

H22 Euro R block vs JDM H22 block
Well, anybody know the difference between the Euro R H22 block and the JDM H22 block? Are these the exact same blocks? Obviously the Euro head comes ported, better cams, etc. so it's the best one. I am just wondering about the blocks.

Actually the blocks in the h22a euro r are closed decked
