jspec vs h motors any insight

hey guys trying to get a jdm engine in the next month i did a little reserch and came down to jspec auto or h-motor does any one have any experiance with any of these or any problems please let me know thanks!

hmotors. schedule a appointment .. mostly what u want is already there and ready ...

no guy i have done more reserch on other forums they seem to be the best with reliability and least with problem plus good customer service but wanted to get a lil more recent imput in case anything has changed
