im about to trade my 00 ek hatch 5 speed for a 99 ek sedan auto ( i have everythin to do it 5 speed) u guys think i should do it?? u think its a good trade??


my ek : im keeping my rims, exhaust, radio, seats, front bumper and he is giving me 250 on top...

i guess it depends on your own personal needs as well. i have a sedan, but i like hatches too. sedans just give you more room to haul people/gear in. as it stands right now, the seller throwing 250 on top sounds like a good deal. but i agree with what phoxking is saying..and just make sure the title is clear and the vehicle itself is legit and doesn't need any costly maintenance, otherwise you'll be losing money in the long run.

sounds like a fair deal, but it seems its just up to your preference. if you have a daughter and don't mind driving the hatch, i say keep it and just paint the car =]. but if your planning to have another kid/wanna carry people without always pulling the seat to let em in Sedan!

 

Sorry I have a hatch and I must say I would rather get the sedan. It looks more expensive than the hatch I dont know why lol

Me personally would keep the hatch. Its hard to find a good decent hatch where im from. I dont think they made as many as they did the 4 door and two door coupes. i see coupes every where.

Complete opposite for me. To be honest, I have NOT seen a single sedan around here. I was actually wondering what one looked like. LoL. Then again I've moved from where my location says to a bit more south. Now I'm in the heart of rich bitch territory. If you aren't driving a Maserati or have at least 3 cars worth over $50,000 you're doing it wrong, in my town. Thankfully I'm not a snob like them.

 

Sedans are where it's at. IMO they are much classier than hatches, but seeing your tastes (in your current hatch), they might not be for you.
