i have a 97 civic ex with a 99 civic si b16 this plug is not plugged up when i do plug it in it messes up my performnace the car revs higher and it gets jumpy so what is it and why is messing up my car?? if i keep it unplugged its ok but i rather just fix it and have it plugged in.

It has a single plug that comes off the harness and plugs into it but no clue what it is I'll try to post a better pic

^^maybe cuz ur plugging in the wrong clip to it?
