ok my doors are halfway through the process accept i was a noob and bought acuators instead of cyliniods and i fried them

well my outer handles are broke and i hav a custom paint job and dnt want to replace the handles

anyone knw where i can find at least one cheap cyliniod or another way to pop open the doors?
