Default ITR Cams in a B16

Is the intake cam retarded or advanced by default? IE: If I just threw some in my B16 on PR3 cam gears would they sit advanced or retarded (I heard it was like 3 degrees one or the other)? Anyone know. I have my intake cam advanced liek 6.5 degrees and the exhaust retarded 2 degrees. I am wonder to go more on the exhaust.

Also I pulled my plugs and they are WHITE. Would a too wide gap cause this? i know it means lean. Should i try a colder or hotter plug?

Thanks

What are you talking about? I dont think that the 7 or 8mm that the OTR sits higher than a B16 makes up for exactly 360 degrees.

Anyone who actually knows about motor building got a better answer.
