what do i need to get to change my slow automatic car to a 5 speed h22 and around how much will it cost and is it really hard

run a search. read up a little bit and then get back here.

edit: its takes quite a bit of work. nothing that hasn't been done before. search for H22, manual conversion, auto to manual, OBD II conversion, and the like... expect total coast to approach 4-5K.
