hi i have 96 civic b18a1 swapped and it runs drive but cels 20 41 and no speedo wiring is legit ecu is legit

 

What have you done to fix the CELs?

 

i had a couple broken plugs and they got mixed and fucced all up by a bad hydralic on a hoist i used 96 to 00 civic manual to correspond wire colors to sensors then peicing obd1 sensor plug from extra James harnesses with proper pin-out always double check or even triple check still have eld issue all the new cels are correspondent with each other eld,o2, and no speedo
