Default 92 CRX Si Running Lights Problems!

First a little introduction. Im Willem all the way from holland.
Got a 92 CRX USDM Si for 2 years now.

Ive got a problem lately and to get a answer its maybe better to ask it in these forums then the Dutch ones, since my CRX is a US model.

The problem is that since the past 2 weeks my running lights arent working anymore. The orange ones. They do blink when i use the turn signal But dont stay on when i turn on my lights.
I Hear a beep 5 times when i put the key in iginition and turn it..
So this is not the beep when you still got the key in ignition and your doors are open!
Another thing is that when i turn my turn signals to the left the left running light starts to blink, this is normal. But when i turn it to the right the LEFT running light starts to blink again and the right one trys to blink a little bit but can hardly see it.

Today i checked a bit of the wiring but couldnt see anything weird about it. One thing i did found out was when i unplug the right running light the 5 beeps dont come on.

Anybody else ever had this problem?
Maybe its a ground somewhere but wich one shoudl it be.. Can anyone tell me where the ground for the running lights come together..
Or will it be the little box behind the Dash fuse box?

Just want to get this working again Hope you guys understand what im trying to ask!!
I tryed the search option to! but nothing similiar to my problems were found!
