installing hondata s300 with jrsc
Hey so im going to install a hondata s300 so I can get my jrsc si tuned soon. What do I all have to remove for the s300 to work properly. Could Someone please give me a diy. Thank you
Remove anything electrical that the JRSC kit came with as wise of intake air temperature sensor hack, fuel management unit etc.
Re-locate your map sensor signal from the throttle body to the back of the supercharger using a vacuum line. Block off the port on the throttle body with either a spare stock map sensor or a plate of some sort.

You'll also need some injectors with a higher capacity than the OEM ones. Some say 440cc/min or larger work great. You should probably take this opportunity to go to a better newer fuel pump too.

so i keep the air intake temp sensor attached to the air intake, and keep the intake manifold sensor attached to the manifold, and just take out the relay and wires leading to both?
You should only use the IAT that is in the intake manifold, and make sure that one is wired into your ECU. The one on the intake arm will not give the ECU the correct readings for the intake air temperature.
If there's only 1 connection at the sensor in your intake manifold, you have the wrong sensor in there. We need to see pictures of what you're looking at.
Ok ill take a closer look when i get home to see if there are two. How would i take out the fmu and return the fuel system to stock (hose placement wise)?
ok thanks alot. I will do that. Im going to wait to take out the fmu, cause im going to be installing a stepper pulley coming soon, and i want to make sure everything works before i mess with the fmu.
