Default motor swap

Okay I received my b18b motor yesterday I have flywheel and clutch on the new motor but the bell house won't bolt back to motor there are two pins that look simalar to the roll pin in the shift linkage except there isn't a split in them. The on on the right will not line up with the corrisponding hole, its of by a hair, anyone have simalar problem before?

I had the same exact problem putting my trans back on. Both of the dowel pins are slightly off. You have to get the trans to move to the back side of the motor i believe ( dont quite remember right now). I ended up putting the trans on the motor and sticking one of the bolts in it just to help hold it from falling and manuever it on. My motor was out of the car when i did this though.
