does anyone know what and empty crx shell weighs?

How empty is empty? Just steel frame?
Interior? Exterior? Guessing no motor?
Generally people can get a crx down to 1800 lbs or so with a motor with a mostly gutted car.

nothing bolted to it. im buying one off a friend in an attempt to save it. told him i would give him scrap price. steel is $240.00 a ton over here

I could lift my shell with no suspension or interior in it with a freind. I would say around 3xx-4xx.
