if you do decide to do sidemarkers please wires them so they're only on when you turn on your turn signals or hazards. it looks tacky when i see someone creeping up behind me with "constantly on" sidemarkers. ghey IMO. my 2 cents.

I think the side markers should be on with the parking lights and also blink with the flashers. How do you do this with a single element bulb? Let me tell you the way that I've heard. Install your side markers and wire the hot wire in with the parking lights. Then take your ground wire OFF of a ground source and wire it into the hot wire for the turn signal. Now you have NO ground wire going to the side marker, so how would it work? When the parking lights are on the side marker is getting a positive from the parking lights, and since the turn signal wire is not hot it acts as a ground. When the turn signal is turned on it takes the ground away from the side light and makes it alternate with the other signals.

This is the closest pic i have...let me know if you need me to take another one. jdm markers have 2 wires...ground and lead. I just tapped the lead to signal lights and they work fine...Lit up when headlights are on and flash with turn signal like jdmB16Ahatch's...
