Check all grounds under the hood. my rex did that all the time for the first month i owned it and i was carrying a sub wire around to ground her to start it. then i changed out all the grounds with fresh wire and it hasnt happend since.
do you have power at all? ie; dome light, brake lights, head lights work? if yes. check, as stated already, your thermostat ground. if that is on, check to see if ecu is ground (if youre still obd0). if youre good there, check your ignition switch in your column (as stated by Projekt_Ef9) if that is good. start shooting wires.
