I've been driving the car for a little over a week, everything was working fine.
Friday night, I decided to act dumb, and I was running my car hard (why lie?) not crazy hard, I kept it at around 4500-5000 rpms. Saturday morning. Drove for donuts, everything good. Later in the day, I was driving to get lunch, and noticed it smelt like something was burning. Pulling into a parking lit, dipped into a manhole and scraped the bottom of my car. Go intonthe store for like 5 minutes and when I came out it seemed like all my oil was flowing across the lot. I assumed I bottomed out and cracked the omil pan but i checked later ant the leak seems to be coming from higher up. Checked if the oil filter was loose but no go. Have no idea what's wrong

P.s. Motor runs fine when I put oil and start it up

 

Sounds like you blew a seal. Don't drive it again until you make sure what it is.

 

I haven't. I'm just tripping kuz I'm worried I blew a piston or cracked my block

 

I'd check the seals first.

Does you engine have VTEC? If so there are two o-rings on the unit that may have cracked. Look to see if oil is coming out above the thermostat on back of the head.

 

Pityocamptes- not exactly. I know its around where the oil filter is, maybe higher
Nuncman- no it's a tegra ls engine.

 

Did you hit the pothole THAT hard?

 

Are you sure its above the filter? Oil leaks can be sneaky and wind their way around parts. How about taking some pics, or at least safely jacking your vehicle up and taking a look with a good flashlight.

 

Sounds like my sig other after she F*cked up the rims while putting lip stick on...

 

Not THAT hard haha. I had just turned into the lot so I was going like 10 mph at the most
I'm at skill right now but later today I'll try and take some pike for you guys. Most of the leaked oil is around that area tho (under and around the filter)
