WIRE TUCK .. TWO BIG PLUGS.. do we need?? HELP!

WIRE TUCK .. TWO BIG PLUGS.. do we need?? HELP!
So i was doing my wire tuck for my engine harness and almost done ready to wrap.. but i was just wondering if these two biggg plugs were needed cause they just sit there and dont plug into anything.. thanks you for any advice!!
