95 Accord V6 C27A, Timing belt?
Engine quit at 65mph while my son was driving. Squeals loud when turning over, rotor doesn't turn. Timing belt? What type of internal damage?
If you crank the crank pulley over using a 19mm socket, extension, and a rachet or some sort and you're not seeing the distributor rotor or cam gears move then yes, your timing belt has snap.
You'll get lucky if there's no bent valves. I've seen a few Accords with the 4 cyl get by it with no valvetrain damage. I'd do a compression test after the timing belt replacement to see how the compression numbers are, and if they're not too far from eachother then you're good.
Good Luck!

On a V6, bent valves are very likely. Cheapest way to go about it is put a new belt on and see how it runs. If its misfiring and running like crap, more than likely have bent valves. Now the cylinder heads need to come off and have new valves put in. Thats going to be an expensive job.
Could have a broken cam too, but unlikely from your description, my money is on the timing belt.

One other item to note. The distributor cap was broken, like it was pushed out by the rotor. The two screws that hold it in place were tight.
