I just purchased a 88 Prelude Si and I am trying to do a full cleanup of the engine. (Throttle body, IM, iacv, EGR, etc)

I cant get to the EGR valve. Those 2 nuts holding it down are too far down. Anyone have any ideas on how to get this removed in an easier way?

 

A socket on an extension won't work?

I tried using a socket and extension, but the angle was too much causing the socket to be uneven on the nut. I don't want to strip the nut. :/

 

Ok, use the extension along with a swivel on the end.
