Interior and parking lights don't work

Interior and parking lights don't work
I swapped ECU's and now my interior and parking lights aren't working. I tried swapping back to the old ECU and they still don't. I checked the fuses and they were both good. Any ideas?

What fuses did you check and how did you check them?
Also, when you say interior lights do you mean dome light od dash lights? 94
