Im in Malaysia..can anybody help me where can i buy parts to do manual tensioner..coz my auto tensioner cannot stand longer with my engine coz i reving at 9000rpm..

Now i already change the auto tensioner for 4th time..wasting my timing belt..THNX A LOT

Ya u can get all the parts for the manual tensioner from any Honda dealership or website..

 

find a h23 locally to you. they all have auto tesioners. you can also use f series off an accord.

 

Get the simple parts (brackets/bolts) used from a wreckers, and get the wear parts (springs/bearings) from the dealer.

Find a thread with the parts list you need. I'm fairly certain all non-vtec H and F motors use the same manual parts but if you have doubt use hondapartsnow.com to cross-reference part numbers with other models.
