Default Have you seen gas prices? NO CEL.

I have a 94 integra. It's my main mode of A-B.

I'm basically having a rapid misfire on acceleration, no matter what gear. It's sparatic though. Sometimes it doesn't happen. I'm feeling it bog as well during the period when it misfires as well as when it doesn't misfire. I'm noticing my MPG is a little off, but not too sure if that's the case though. When I experience the rapid misfire it's between 1k rpm's, to 3.5k rpm's. But if I get off the gas during the misfire, then apply the gas again, the misfire's corrected and all is fine.

Just looking for info, any info really.

Already did ICM, Main Relay, Cap, Rotor, Fuel Pump, Spark plugs. No oil in any cylinders, so I know it's not valve seal. No CEL. I personally think it may be fuel pressure regulator, but have yet to confirm. Any info welcomed.

Anyone confirm where I should start/restart? Literally starting to think it's fuel related, but would a rapid misfire be a symptom related to only fuel?

I had a Saturn that had the same symptoms turns out the coil packs were bad. Don't know if an Acura would act the same tho. Couldn't hurt to check the coil.

Random misfire is almost always due to a fuel issue, when was the last time you changed the fuel filter?

Have you checked the fuel pressure? 94

I actually changed fuel filter roughly three months ago. Old one was in working condition, but I figured why not just swap it for new.

That's good to know, but I was wondering... Fuel pressure regulator? I'm told that mine's missing an adjustable screw? Anyone maybe have a pic of this? Or any info.

Ty for your posts also.

I had the same thing for a while after I put on a new dizzy. I was at my wits end and it turned out my dizzy was unpugged halfway, IDK how it happened or when, but I plugged it back in and works like a champ.

I kinda had the same issue before all of this and it turned out I needed a higher end rotor. The stock rotor kept arcing under the cap somehow. I replaced it and it fixed the issue.

Hope this helps.
