whats the easiest way? got a 22MM wrench, but i cant crank it cuz theres too much stuff gettin in the way of the wrench....not a lot of workin room....any suggestions?

Don't even mess with the 22mm. More than likely it will just strip the nut edges off the O2 sensor.
.... but ...
I have taken them out with a set of vice grips clamped down on the body of the O2.
Destroys the O2, but it was headed for the trash anyway.
Eventually got the O2 socket - soooo much easier.

 

awesome...thanks. so this will give me enough room to remove it without problems? all im really worried about is wrenching space. as long as i can pop it loose and re-tighten without damaging the new 1, theres no worries on my part
