sup guys im not a accord guy but i got a friend who needs some help

heres some info on the car

02 honda accord ex h22a4 5 speed trans

heres the problem
when you first start the car the idle goes back n forth from 1900 to 700 rpms
it throws a P0108 code which is "MAP circuit hihn input"
we tryed replacing the map sensor and that didnt work
when the engines running if u unplug the map sensor the idle problem stops so that tells me theres no problem with the circuitry
i know he just had the engine put in "professionaly" and he also tryed 3 different map sensors

i was thinking maybe IAC but wouldnt that throw a code?

or if its saying high input wouldnt that mean that its getting to MUCH air?

idk im confused but any help would be nice
