Lifeless rex?
Okay walk out to my crx this morning to start it.... relay kicks on, fuel pump kicks on, but the car does not turn over.......no clicking or anything? I tapped on the starter but had no result, so i thought maybe the batt was drained but my lights and radio work as well as all my dash lights. I had no time this morning as i was on my way to work. Just tryin to gather some other ideas. i did check all the fuses, however not the ecu window.
tested starter selenoid 12.2v. tested the plug at the starter relay under dash had 11.6 so Im hoping that its just the starter relay. plug is four prong, anyone have a diagram of which terminals get connected?
thats what i thought, but batt has 12.4v. With that i figure it is either the starter relay or the clutch switch. From what ive read the clutch switch is a pita to get to so we'll see. Nobody has a diagram or know what wires get jumped on the plug for the starter relay?

You can bypass the ignition circuit by unplugging the connector (BLK/WHT) from the starter and running a jumper from the positive battery terminal to the starter solenoid terminal. Make sure the car is not in gear.
Perhaps a silly question and I apologise in advance for asking it but, did you clean the battery terminals or just measure voltage positive terminal to negative terminal? Whenever this happens to me it is usually dirty or loose connection at the battery terminals.

Under the dash there is a relay right above the hood latch. It has four pins, I want to "jump" this relay because I believe the starter relay is bad? Usually you can just fold a paper clip well this plug has four pins instead of two.

no matter how many times i repeat myself.............THE STARTER RELAY!!! Not the main, not the starter solenoid......It is called a starter relay. The relay you mention is under the dash mounted upside down, this relay however is right above the hood latch. google it if you have to.

From what I've read, the starter relay rarely goes bad.(last post)

Which would most likely be why no one can answer your question about it.
Another thing to test is your clutch switch or starter switch. This post has some good info:
