Let me first off start by saying if you're a lowballer then don't bother
if you're a hardparker the price goes up 2500.00
The chassis: is a 2001 ITR Phoenix Yellow theft Recovery. The body is 100% straight minus the usual dings or dents that any car would get however there is nothing major.
The Cage : Was designed by me in conjuction with my fabricator at L-con http://www.l-con.net, as you can see the fab is not 100% complete but would be completed before delivery. My fabricator would prefer to have the seat of your choosing so it can be mounted and fitted to you along with the steering column positioned
Cage features: the cage has been fabricated to maximize driver safety and chassis stiffness. The cage was produced from 1.75" X .095" Mild Steel to avoid the issues involved with the lakc of post wel heat treat and hyrogen embirttlement that happens when 4130 is welded. There are integral diffuser mounts on the under side of the car that would be very advantageous. the seat position will be moved over to accomodate a seat with head restraint ( like a recaro HANS ) The rear shock towers have been boxed and reinforced. the floor plate area has been maxed out to allow for maximum stiffness and rigidity of the attatchment points. non critical bars have been fabricated from 1.50" x .095" to save weight.
The Fuel Cell: Is a Fuel Safe 18 Gallon cell, the reason for the increase in size is so that the car could be ballasted with fuel. There is a single Bosch 044 pump inside that is fed by a surge tanks. It has a mil spec connecter and flying lead. the cell is foam filled anf their top of the line cell. The cell itself approaches 3000.00
The Hood: Is a one off carbon kevlar that I had made. It is one of the lightest and strongest hoods I have ever seen a genuine racecar part not anything like the typical VIS show stuff.
Brakes: The car comes with a set of Stoptech 4 piston calipers rotors brackets etc. that were only ever used once. The only drawback is that they are for a standard Integra, you would simply need to have the rotor hats redrilled to 5 lug. This is one of the best engineered brake systems on the market.
Engine Mounts. The car is already setup with a set of Hasports K series mounts.
Powersteering delete : the car comes with a power steering delete reservoir that was featured in Honda Tuning a loooooong time ago
Spares : the car comes with two extra sets of doors for the wheel to wheel racers. I picked them up just to have since the Type R doors require the moldings to be shaved. I’m trying to get a brand new front and rear bumper back from a friend who was holding them, if I can get them they will go with the new owner.
