so today i bought an integra for a project to work on and while we was pushing the car today it started making a clunking noise then about 15 minutes later the axle broke rite in the middle of the road..........about 2 hours i realized the cables to the tranny arent connect so it may have not been in neutral, could this have blown my tranny? its a GSR transmission

 

If it was in "neutral" why would it blow the transmission? If it was in gear,it wouldn't roll,so it might just be that the axle was just bad.

it should have been in neutral but the tranny cables werent connected so im not sure when we pusshed it, the motor was moving i hope the tranny is alrite i just bought the car for a project and im converting everything to db2 specs i got all the db2 body parts (minus the spoiler) and im picking up a b17a1 this wednesdat and the db2 spoiler

 

but yeah since its the axle what kind of axle should i replace it with, i would like to get a good one that can handle atleast 260whp i dont want a stock one mite as well go big since i have to replace it
