Oil filter sandwich plate torque?

I bought a blackworks sandwich plate a few days ago and want to at least have an idea of what to torque it before I install a filter and end up being to loose with it. Anyone know if its the same as an oil filter or is there an actual spec?

look up spec on the oem oil cooler bolt?

Contact Blackworks? Anytime I've installed a sandwich plate Ive always used my judgement and 'feel.'
