Hello All!

I was wondering if anyone knows where's the stock 8' subwoofer located in the 06 Honda Civic EX Coupe? The reason I'm asking is, I'm looking into purchasing a used 06 Honda Civic EX Coupe and according to the specs on the Honda website for the audio package, it mentions that the EX and SI models both contain the 350 watt 7 speaker premium audio system including subwoofer. Now when I was looking around for the civic, I didn't notice that their was a subwoofer in the trunk . Was wondering if anyone would know where it would it be located because before I purchase the 06 Honda Civic EX Coupe I want to ensure that the subwoofer is actually included.

should be between your rear speakers on the back deck. its not a huge sub and its not deep, low profile i guess you could call it. if you open the truck and look at the ceiling of the trunk you should see it right in the middle

 

Ahhh ok didn't realize it was located in the same location as the 2 speakers at the back of the civic ex coupe. Will it be more visible through the trunk or should it be more noticeable in the back seats? Sorry if I'm a lil bit unsure, just want to ensure that I am getting the 350 watt audio system with the 06 civic ex coupe because apperently it should come standard in the ex coupe and si coupe models.

The subwoofer is "standard" in the EX. i have it in my 06 ex coupe. It's not an option, it's part of the premium sound system that the car comes with. If it's not in the car it was intentionally removed, but why anyone would remove it is beyond me.
