Default Metal Washers ?

I'm looking to piece together some washers, a big bolt, and a nut to build a tool to press out, and press back in a front wheel bearing. Basically, exactly like this:
https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-crx-ef-civic-1988-1991-3/write-up-diy-front-wheel-bearing-replacement-2685054/

I've been searching around my area for washers, the bolt, and a nut. So far I've purchased a 5/8" bolt (8"" long), a nut (5/8"-11), and an assortment of washers (3", 2", 1 3/4", 1 1/4", and a 7/8" [lock washer]). I went with 5/8", because that was what I found most readily available in my area.

My problem is finding the most important washer of all, the one with a similar diameter as the bearing. After measuring the bearing, a 2 3/4" washer seems ideal. I've searched through Lowes & Home Depot, as well as a local fastener store, but with no luck. I've looked through the metal supply FAQ sticky too, with no luck. I haven't even been able to find one with a larger or smaller inner diameter.

tl;dr - Does anyone have any ideas where I could find a 5/8" inner diameter (or slightly smaller or bigger)/ 2 3/4" outer diameter washer?

have you thought about cutting one yourself our of steel stock? Might be the cheapest and easiest way out.

That is probably the way I'm going to have to go. Unfortunately, I don't have the tools to cut the steel stock myself. However, I did find this:
http://www.speedymetals.com/pc-713-8...shed-1018.aspx

Their main page says "no minimum orders" & "buy only what you need", so I'm going to shoot them an e-mail and ask what the minimum length that they will cut (unless someone reading this knows off the top of their head.) Hopefully they'll be willing to cut it to a 1" length (3/4" would be ideal), so finger's crossed. I'll even buy it in 3" too, if they are ok with it. Then I'll have some hole drilling to do.
