That's freaking awesome!!

I don't understand what happened though.

The driver of the Civic wasn't running.

Is it illegal to do a burnout on private property?

It was funny until the cop got out of the car should have got his serial number and reported his ***. As a law enforcement officer he shouldn't be acting that way.

Lots of LOLs..that's for sure. Either way, that cop was out of line. Also, I didn't know cops can give you a ticket for burning out in a parking lot. It's private property. Can a cop give you a ticket for doing a burn out on your friends road or driveway thats on his property? NO. I'd like to learn more about this. I'd tell the peace officer F U and write my ticket, then give him my lawyer's card if he wanted to keep talking all that jazz. Put him in jail? C'mon, not going to happen.

maybe your right about that; about burning out on private property. not sure. but on the other hand, can it be considered reckless?

I'm not sure. I do know that on a public street it would be considered an exhibition of speed. That's not a public road though. It's definitely not that cop's parking lot like he stated. Pretty stupid to burn out right in front of a copper. Makes great for viral laughs though.

Good vid. Yes cop might have talked more **** then he has to but sometimes these tools that burn out like that need to be yelled at every now and then. The kid could have ran up there without skidding tires like that. Specially with a puerco RIGHT there lol.

on the other hand, I feel for the kid with his rims being stolen and spotted like that...
