Ok so my 99 accord ex keeps wanting to stall after i stop (has an 01 ex motor), sometimes it does actually stall. Its like its being starved of gas but if i hold the idle with the gas pedal its perfectly fine. This seems to be an idle issue only, it idles fine for the most part at 750rpms. I just did the plugs, air filter is new, o2's and theres spark.. Im assuming this is the IAC causing this? Or can i be related to something else? Is there a way to adjust the idle?
