Default Vibration under braking & Suspension Thump

Hey guys, I have run into a few other issues with my rex, and i can't figure out what is causing these problems. Let me lay them all out:

1. When braking the car shakes bad, maybe bad brakes, but the pedal is not all that spongy, you don't need to slam them to the floor but it does take more then your big toe to stop. I bled them and they got a little bit tougher but soon it went back to feeling the same.

2. When making a sharp left turn/u-turn my tranny pops out of gear unless you really baby it. This only happens when making LEFT TURNS. Today I didn't even make hard left turns, I heard a clunk and it almost felt like my axle wanted to pop out. This happened about 3 times in the last 45min or so.

3. When I accelerate there are big thumping sounds coming from my driver-side wheel, I don't know what it could be. I replaced my radius rod bushings, Control arm, lower ball joint (These were all in really bad shape) I also took off my cross member to see if it was bent or cracked. I cleaned it up had minimal surface rust, I repainted it cleaned up the x-member bolts, one of them had half its thread completely gone, ( I am going to the junkyard to pick one up) put it all back together. It feels a little bit sturdier but the clunking is still quite noticeable.

Back when i bought the car it had really bad toe and I was wearing down tires left and right. My suspension was shot, no alignment, could not steer
almost all the suspension bushing were shot. My question is, becuase of the way the front tires sat, there really wasn't any strong support for it, could they have jacked up my hub bearings?

Also I believe my tranny may be going out, the car shakes bad at 2nd gear around 4k, this only happens in 2nd gear.

Any help appreciated.

The excessive vibrations when braking could be high/ low spots on your rotors. Generally pad and rotor replacement will fix it or if you have access to a brake lathe your can turn them yourself. I'm not sure what most companies charge to do the work. Give your motor and tranny mounts a good look over as well. You can grab the valve cover in attempt to rock the engine forward and back and physically inspect them as well. Your tranny also just may be worn out. Mine use to pop out 1,3 and 5th. Hope this helps a little. Just some basic ideas.

Yea i assumed it was getting worn out. Today while driving around the vibrations got worst in 2nd and now its starting in 3rd. 4th and 5th still feel smooth. I'll just source one out when my refund comes in(hopefully in a few more days)
I'll try the engine rocking tomorrow, was waiting to do a full brake overhaul, when my refund came in.

Well hopefully its not that, the gearbox is roughly 3 months old. Also the noise isn't coming from the passenger side its coming from the driver-side. I feel it under my feet as I accelerate. the turning is pretty bad ONLY when in gear. When I am in neutral I can make u-turns and turn left with ease. It's sad I'm getting scared to turn left. One more thing I noticed that my wheel does not sit correctly on the driver-side. The toe doesn't seem off but it looks as if I have a flat(air is fine) so maybe the shitty duralast tie rods i got gave way?

Well i checked it out today. My axle was ready to snap clean off, i'll post some pics later. This explains the left turn of death and tranny shaking. Yep 3rd axle within 2-3 months GSP really living up to their name.
