Story is simple he is purchasing a ITR intake manifold from me. for $150 shipped. He just sent me the money yesterday. He asked me when I would be able to ship I said I should be able to ship out same day. I got his manifold ready and took it with me to work to drop off by fedex on my way back. He blew up my phone asking for a tracking number throughout the rest of the day (which was already a bad sign) I went by after work and the store by me was not open 24 hours anymore I immediately contacted him to keep him updated. It was late so im not going to be running around town. I found another 24 hour location and would be trying again today.

today just over 24 hours after having sent payment he's complaining about it not having been shipped yet. I explained to him becuase of my hours at work I cant drop anything off till the evening anyways. he still persisted and saying that I am not holding up my end of the bargain. I am not a store and today he complains he wants a refund and will be getting it from someone else 1'dayd. he never explained this rush yesterday and I have done my part by trying to ship it out yesterday. I will be out of work shortly and still had plans on shipping his item. However he has already opened a dispute through paypal. which I find insane given the time frame.

No one is being scammed and its just over 24 hours since initial payment. I have been honest and kept good open communication yet this is how he wants to handle this.



***Edit**** He has confirmed that he has multiple screen names on this site.... only people I know to have multiple screen names are scammers. But thats just me. If anyone can dig out his other names that would be great. so he doesnt go and hide behind another name after this.

 

hahaha... Nothing new to me here. I get that all the time.. not all people are like that.. But quite a few.. Ebay is the worst for me.. PATIENCE IS KEY......good luck your doing the right thing here by putting this out here.

payment was sent on march 14th. i would have bought a manifold elsewhere, the deciding factor to buy yours was the fact that you said you WOULD ship it out that day.
all i asked was if you had shipped it out yesterday when you ignored me i sent another text, never blew you up.
i told you i needed it by friday, you said "ok ill ship it on or after friday then" (this was today, completely unnecessary)

and if you had cooperated and not bullshitted around i wouldnt have texted you a single time more, all i asked was when it was going to get shipped and you gave me a song and dance about work, i understand you have work but thats not what i was asking, i was asking when the item (that you told me would be shipped March 14th) was going to get shipped, thats it...

also, instead of being a crybaby because your overwhelmed by someone calling you out on not keeping your word, why dont you get off your *** and go ship my package.

would you consider "good communication" answering the phone and immediately hanging up?
i apologize i expected you to make good on your word, i see thats asking too much.

I dont take kindly to threats. you want to blow up my phone curse at me and threaten me then you wonder why I dont answer your phone calls. I had great communication with you up until you started acting like an *** within 24 hours of sending payment. So because of this I will now take my time with this and make sure my interests are safe.

get this straight the first day I was the one calling you to tell you the place I went to was closed and keep you updated. you texted me calling me of piece of **** which to you I replied you Do Not contact me further unless you are willing to keep this professional and civil.. which you have clearly not. So becuase of this I am not and will not be returning any of your calls.

You will be receiving your manifold bottom line.


My next post will be the phone conversation I have saved proving everything I have said. I told you when I could have it shipped out by. place was closed and then I told you I would try again the next day. within that time you threatened to file a claim, filed a claim, threatened to have me banned from paypal lol and much more.

also the dispute will be closed as soon as you act like youve got some motivation to make good on your word. which is all ive asked from the get go, doesnt seem to harsh to me..

is it too hard to give me an estimated day on when you can get the manifold to the ups store?

That right there is proving that he is only filing on paypal out of paranoia and retardness not because of any same day shipping requirement.

ON another thread he posted the same messages I posted word for word. However He is right that the times did not match. Each one was 1 HOUR off due to the time zone difference. Which he obviously is incapable of grasping this fact LOL. so in that sense maybe I am a lyer haha


BOTTOM LINE IS DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS CHARACTER (buying/selling/or trading)

and for record I will be filing charges on him for harrassment throughout this mess when I return to the states. When all is said and I have a second to gather up all the messages he has sent ( cuz he sends 6-8 messages on the hour) I will provide them for you guys to ultimately show this guys character

So quick re-cap while I'm still out of town. After having recieved the manifold he attempted to escalate the dispute to a claim to pursue it even further.

I provided all the information gathered in this case to paypal and had it closed myself.

So in the end this scumbag tried to keep my manifold and the money. and mod "It wasn't Me" is still trying to protect him. Why he doesnt want you guys to know who this guy really is is beyond me.

*quick note* I'm still getting texts from this fool. After his failed attempt at claiming his money and my manifold He wrote that he is a man of word and wasnt able to escalate the sitiuation further because he closed it. LOL which is a bold and flat out LIE because I had to call paypal myself and handled this hours earlier. I had to bring it to his attention that the claim was closed. To which he became livid and released another fury of texts talking about my manhood and what not. Can anyone say masculinity issues??

i was at work when the manifold came in, youre blatantly lying, stop lying about everything.

we had agreed that when the manifold was in my hands i would close the dispute, the manifold had come in while i was at work, i never tried to keep the manifold AND the money, second paypal wouldnt even had allowed that.

get a life kid, this is the last time im going to dignify youre retarded stories.
ive said it before, no one is worried about you.

also i COULD open the dispute back up and make it a claim, i literally just dont care, youre not a man of your word, ive made note of that and im moving on, you dont like selling to people who will hold you to your word, and thats fine.
