Pics of my first exhaust fabrication.
Hi Guys.
I wish to share with you my first exhaust that I had fabricated. Its also my first time using tig welding. I had bought a Miller Dynasty 300DX.
Its for my friends 1996 JDM Honda Integra SIR turbo. Its constructed from 304 stainless steel 3 inch tubing, 2mm thickness. For hangers I used 10mm 316 stainless round bar. Exhaust muffler is a Skunk2 mega power muffler with 3 inch inlet, looks nice and not too expensive!
Here are some pics. the other exhaust is the one that came with the car from Japan. Its a RSR catback.

Thanks for your nice comments.
Unfortunately I don't have any close ups of the exhaust welds. But here is a pic of a scrap 3 inch tube that I welded together.
This is the first time I am using Tig welding so I know its not perfect. The miller has million buttons and I don't know how to exactly set up the machine. I got nice penetration so the important thing is the the weld is strong
