The head is complete comes with stock gsr cams cam gears, valve cover, valves. No dizzy no vtec silenoid is missing a few bolts that hold the plates down that also holds the cams in place. Looking to get 200 for cuz that's what I paid but I didn't end up using it if ur interested call/text 920 382 0268 thanks
