if your talking about a 3g integra, which i will assume you are, and you are talking about the lower torque mount, which i will assume you are, then its 3 bolts, slide it off, install new one, rinse and repeat.

www.rockauto.com usually has the best prices on mounts

If the mounts are bad you might want to check suspension parts like ball joints, etc although I do not know if rock auto has the best prices for those.

For ball joints I highly recommend Moog. For engine mounts I personally went with OEM Honda. The ones on Rock Auto might be fine, but generally I go with OEM Honda parts if I can.

I just bought a bunch of stuff from Rock for our 96 Corolla and it all seems fine.

www.rockauto.com

For bolts I would recommend an online Honda parts dealer such as www.acuraauotmotiveparts.org

The bolt i need is number 22, and shipping is entirely to much for a little bolt, what can you tell me the size of the bolt

It's a 12mm bolt, 101mm long. The thread pitch is 12x1.25mm

I was looking at rock's website and noticed they sell the upper BJ...I thought that once was not serviceable.

Yeah I've heard conflicting info on that. Not sure if it can or can't. I'm thinking it can be serviced, but Honda just doesn't sell it separately. My upper arms needed both new bushings and new ball joints so I just went ahead and got brand new complete OEM Honda upper arms.
