the car feels like it runs ruff and when u give it gas it seems like it pulls a bit n has some lag what can that be?

 

That's a little vague.

 

timing is prob off. have you checked it? are you throwing any cel codes? Have you recently done any mods or "fixed" anything? What year make and model is your car and what motor is it?

the more details you can give us the easier it will be to trouble shoot

 

its a 88 ef hatch wired obd1 by rywire with d15b7 currently had in a z6 took that out no codes other then code 22 the vtec one since i still have the p28 haven't changed it havent checked timming but maybe its that?
