First time out on the new setup. Just found out the EGR was leaking today which it why it was breaking up around 6500-redline. Missed 4th and shut it down early, bout 100ft before the line b/c of the gearing, 118 is as fast as she goes in 4th on 22x8's. Should be in the low 120mph trap range with the EGR sealed up. Had a good day. Gonna get back to a track somewhere ASAP. Still on 14psi making 347whp/303wtq.

60ft - 1.81
660ft - 7.67 @ 87 lol (Shifting to 4th before 8th, was trapping 94-95 breaking up)

The only ones on the schedule are the 12th and 19th of March. They will probably add a few more but u never know when.

 

Now turn up the boost

 

Im gonna wait to turn it up when i get it dialed in decently on lower boost. It wont have any trouble going quite a bit faster. I just found that not only was the EGR leaking but i blew a vacuum hose cap off the backside of the plenum. So when i went to leak test it, it was just coming out the back. It couldnt of popped out anywhere but the track. As i trailered the car back, unloaded it, parked it outside and cranked it up and drove it inside. Ill turn it up when it goes sub 11.50s. Until then, it stays on 14psi. Personally i think it woulda been close, even with it breaking up on the 11.9 run had i not missed a shift and ran out of gear.

 

Revn9k is coming for you either way.........it does not matter what you run or how much boost you got.

Get the problems sorted out and get some more seat time, not to mention some bigger slicks. 347whp can get you on down in the 11's closer to 10's, and possibly in the 10's if you are really good.

 

Thats what i was hoping for. Found quite a few issues today so im pretty pleased with the MPH it went even with the car acting a fool. Hopefully get my coilovers in, already have some 24's ready to go, and get some more seat time. Might head to an 8th mile this weekend if a few friends dont decide to go ATV riding.

i ran 7.8 94mph 660-ft
my 60 ft times suck 2.2sec

 

that is a sweet track! I am gonna be in town 6/29 running at the summer drag and brag cause its the only cance I will have to run there this year.

 

I was wrapping out fourth at the same mph on 22's in my GS-R what tranny you have in that thing?

 

Stock NON-LSD H22 tranny. Nothing special.
