my b16 has a idle problem...its where anytime warm or cold. if i drive around and push in the clutch or go into neutral and come to a stop, the rpm will be at around 1400 and then a few seconds later it will drop to normal. everytime, why?

Also try cleaning the throttle body. It may be dirty, causing the throttle plate to stick open. Also make sure the throttle cable has about 1/2" of slack.
