Default A place NOT to buy you HIDs from

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I want to warn the community about my horrible experience from a shop in NY.

I bought an HID kit from this place on a friends recommendation. He ordered them and a week later they arrived at his house. I did the same and 2 weeks later called in to see what was going on. I was told the product was on backorder but that I would have my order in a week. 2 weeks went by so I called again. For the second time I was given the same response. Having had enough after 2 more weeks I canceled my order. A week went by and no refund so I called again. I was then told that No one there had the password to Paypal and that he would call the guy who did and it would be taken care of. That was 2 weeks after cancellation at the time. Today being over 3 weeks, I called and got the same answer. He said that a separate company does their transactions and website operations. If anyone has dealt or knows anyone that has dealt with this place, wants to burn the place down and send me a picture, that would be ideal. For anyone who reads this, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE spread the word so this place can go under..... then send me a pic of the closed store

Heres their site: http://tspny.com/

My friend received his order within a very suitable time AND the kit worked just fine so its extremely hard to comprehend how he could be "stupid". If someone you know has a good experience with a given company, do you call them an idiot and stay away from that company? He was happy with his purchase (his brother as well, I might add) and the kit was $65 to his door. I must have not gotten the memo, I guess. I usually do go here for parts, but I saw a good deal go down firsthand so I jumped on it as well.

I now am aware of the retrofit site. Thanks for the reference, chaps.

Update on the situation. When I last called on Monday, I think it was, and after a little chat I finally have my moneys back. Woo

Man I love typical responses on H-T. Everyone trying to be the funny guy and make a smart *** remark at every post. It gets a little ridiculous.
